The Concept

The Architectural Intent

Commissioned to visualize a brutalist villa on the Swiss lakeshore, our task was to capture the quiet tension between raw concrete and the shifting alpine atmosphere.

We approached the unbuilt structure not as a technical draft, but as a canvas for medium format architectural photography, studying how light moves across textured facades.

The Method

Sculpting with Light

Our workflow mirrors traditional cinematography, utilizing physical camera attributes and real-world material properties to achieve absolute realism.

Analysis

Material Honesty

We calibrated the concrete grain, the brushed brass reflectivity, and the glass refraction to match the exact physical specifications of the Swiss site.
